Medeiros was signed by PCLC as a free agent in 2021. He enjoyed a terrific rookie season on defense for PCLC, contributing 12 points on 8 goals and 4 assists, as he grew into one of the most dangerous transition threats in the league.
Medeiros played Jr. A for the Brampton Excelsiors, where he was a member of the 2018 team that won the Iroquois Trophy as Ontario champions and participated in the 2018 Minto Cup. In 60 career games for Brampton, Medeiros contributed 17 points on 4 goals and 13 assists.
