Career
NLL: Made his NLL debut on January 12, 2024 against the Halifax Thunderbirds where he recorded his first NLL assist on a Corey Small goal…Kearney scored his first NLL goal on March 1, 2024 in Las Vegas…he completed his rookie year with 21 loose balls in 9 GP.
NCAA – UMass: Kearney was a dominant midfielder during his time at Umass and appeared in 32 games over his four year NCAA career…ended his collegiate career with 30 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers and was named to the NEILA All-Academic Team.
Junior: Played for his hometown Halton Hills Jr. B Bulldogs from 2017-2019 recording 198 points in 48 games… Drafted by Whitby Jr. A in the 2017 Jr. A Draft, he was traded to the Oakville Jr. A Buzz in 2019… Appeared in 3 games as an affiliate player for the Jr. A Buzz in 2019 scoring 3 goals and 3 assists for 6 points… Played for the Jr. A Buzz in the OJLL’s summer tournament in 2021, registering 1 goal and 7 assists for 8 points in 8 games played.
